Are old stories deleted?
Never. Every story we deliver stays in your library for as long as your account is open. Nothing expires, nothing locks, and nothing gets archived out of reach — the story you got last spring is one tap away next spring.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and nothing you've already received is taken away.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly bills once and works out to two months free — Starter is $120 a year instead of $144, Family is $200 instead of $240, and Pro is $360 instead of $432.
Do I pay more for each child?
No. Child profiles are included on every plan. Your plan sets how many new stories your family gets each week — you decide which child each story stars, or have them star together in the same adventure.
Can I buy just one story?
Yes, and you don't need a subscription to do it. Our premium one-time story is a 10–12 page personalized story for $9, and it's yours to keep.
Can I add an extra story if I'm already subscribed?
Yes. Any subscriber can add a bonus story for $5 straight from their dashboard. It arrives on top of your usual weekly stories and doesn't change your plan or your billing date.
Does Bedtime read the story aloud?
No, and that's on purpose. Bedtime makes the book; you're the narrator. The sound of your voice is the part your child will actually remember.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account settings. No email, no phone call.
Is my family's information safe?
Photos are used only to create your characters, your stories are private by default, and nothing is shared publicly unless you choose to share it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
